Most sharehouses run on three tools that were never meant for it
A group chat, where anything important scrolls past by Wednesday. A spreadsheet somebody set up two tenants ago and nobody has opened since. And one person's memory, which is quietly doing more work than either of the other two.
None of that is anyone's fault. There has never been a thing built for this, so houses assemble one out of whatever is already on their phone, and then live with the gaps.
How Homerun works
Start with a message
Text the assistant on WhatsApp and tell it about the house. There is no app to download before you start and nothing to set up first.
Add the house details
Rent, bills, who lives there and when things fall due. Upload a PDF lease and Homerun pulls the rent schedule, the bond amount and the key dates out of it.
Let it run
From then on Homerun posts the reminders, keeps the tally, rotates the roster and holds the documents, and any housemate can ask it where things stand.
